Terry Cuthbertson
Non-Executive Chairman
Terry has extensive corporate finance expertise, having advised several businesses and government organizations in relation to mergers, acquisitions and financing.
Formerly, Terry was a Partner of KPMG Corporate Finance and NSW Partner in Charge of Mergers and Acquisitions, where he coordinated government privatisations, mergers, divestitures and public offerings on the ASX for the New South Wales practice.
Terry held previous directorships on ASX listed My Net Fone Limited, Montec International, Austpac Resources NL, South American Iron and Steel and Sun BioMedical Limited.
Alex Teoh
CEO & Managing Director
In 2007, Alex co-founded Mint Payments with a vision to revolutionise business payments including from card-acceptance through to B2B payments.
Alex currently oversees the corporate and strategic activities of the company as it pursues its vision to be the go-to payments provider across the company’s core industry verticals.
Prior to Mint, Alex spent six years in Senior Consultant positions across three Tier 1 Consulting firms including EY and PWC, in their technology and strategy service lines including securing & implementing customer relationship management, supply chain and application development contracts.
Martin Cowley
Non-Executive Director
Martin has more than three decades of executive-level experience in aviation, travel and technology, including roles are Swire group & Cathay Pacific Airways.
He spent four years as Senior Vice President of Sabre Travel Network, based in London, followed by ten years as CEO of Sabre Pacific in Australia.
Martin also served as interim CEO at Conferma Pay, the leading provider of Virtual Card Technology Solutions based in Manchester, UK.
Currently based in Sydney, Martin holds several board and advisory board roles with a number of multinational companies in the travel and technology sectors.
William Bartee
Non-Executive Director
Bill has extensive experience in venture capital, with specialisation in the software, security, internet & telecommunications industries.
From 1997 to 2001, Mr Bartee helped build and lead the early stage investing for Macquarie Technology Ventures (“MTV”), a venture fund focused on software, telecommunications, internet and life sciences. At MTV, Bill led investments in several market leaders including Altium (ASX: ALU), LookSmart (NASDAQ: LOOK), Seek (ASX: SEK) and Telera (acquired by Alcatel) and onebox (NASDAQ: OPWV).
Bill has continued on to co-found Southern Cross Venture Partners, and was also co-founder & Managing Director of Blackbird Ventures.
